"Super 8 thought they hustled me"

Nice clean remodeled rooms

When i first checked in they used my 2 debit cards for cost of room & accepted $40 instead of $50 they require for deposit.When i checkout they give me $20 cash back and told me the other $20 would be released back on my card that day.Its been a week now,nothing.When i called they told me i paid only $20 deposit.Owner very rude,was given til 1:00p.m. bye staff then owner at 12:15p.m. tells me I must immediately leave.They have camera footage of the whole transition,Super 8 trying to scam me and I am currently taking legal action
