Good location

Property good. Some of staff were not so great. 1 lady was so amazing and helped me get in with a smile. My son was in hospital after being in accident. The next morning the 2 gentlemen were rude to me.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean.

Y'all need to do something about those towels! Or invest in some fabric softener because they don't dry the skin - it was more like just scraping the water off.

The bedside table still has spill stains. The floors were dirty as if they hadn’t been swept. The website mentions breakfast and there wasn’t. The night staff at the desk was not friendly. Did not want to answer any questions and made me feel as if I had inconvenienced him. There were people in and out all night long. Loud yelling and my son had a very hard time going to sleep. There was barely any parking due to the bar that was open at the time and I asked the lady that had knocked on my door to take any dirty towels that we may have had if she could bring me a couple of extra she said yes and never returned.

Areas that need attention: bed linen stained, not replaced daily, loose overhead vent had multiple rust stains in room 115 tub area, lower part of shower curtain had mold & brown stains from top of tub down to the bottom, air vent above toilet clogged with dust, frig & microwave had musty odor

Reserved room and called to make sure it was going to be down stairs because im disabled. Went to check in. Was told only have up stairs room available. Contacted expedia in regards to the issue. They stated that room was located by elevator. Clerk at front desk never mentioned elevator. This of course is after i had already left and gotten room somewhere else. They said they would have to contact super 8. Of course no one answered the phone. So im waiting to hear back from them in regards to a refund or not getting a refund

It was basic like I wanted which was great. Staff was friendly. Beds were uncomfortable, probably because it felt like we were being bitten all night. Daughter left with 24 bites on her legs. My rental car alarm went off multiple times in the night and every time I hopped up a door a couple rooms down would close. Leaving me to believe it was another occupant of the building. There are cheap wireless cameras that connect to wifi. These type small securities should be common and preventing disturbances of the past.
