Renovations made the outside very hard to drive through. We were unaware when we booked.

The breakfast was good.

The beds were super small, and they were suppose to be queen beds it was an extra large twin bed. The hotel across the street was bigger and cheaper.

Manager Nick was truly a gem! He went above and beyond with his customer service and southern hospitality. Also Brooke and Morgan were awesome in checking us in and answering any questions. Will stay here again.

This is an amazing hotel with a great location for our trips to Russellville. The staff is great with the best customer service you could imagine. Breakfast is always top notch with good quality coffee for getting the day started. We will continue to keep staying as long as they keep up the good work. The only thing that we wish is the double bed rooms could be queen beds. Occasionally you will seen a “over exaggerated” type of guest that does not know how to smile but he will be ok.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility is in good shape although it could be a little cleaner. This may be because of renovation but the bathroom could have been cleaner.
