Quality Inn & Suites Coldwater near I-69

Its was very nice hotel!!!

Not worth the money we paid next time well be staing with a family member when we go up that way and the hot tubs in the room definitely needs comepletly cleaned out its disgusting far warning

The hotel was nice enough, but it was off the beaten path a bit and a little hard to find. Room was clean and neat. Breakfast was just okay but nothing special. We didn't realize that maid service was by request only, until we noticed a small sign on the bathroom mirror. It would have been helpful to know that when we checked in.

Nothing, we left and got a refund

Traces of bed bugs in room, hair on sheets. AirWick freshers plugged in along hallway to room

Fresh feces on bed sheets. Rooms don't get cleaned. Go elsewhere.

There were cockroaches, live and dead in the room. I would not have stayed there had i known that. There were little piles of dirt and dead bugs around the walls The jacuzzi tub which was dirty was also the shower. Very unsatisfied with the stay. It was like a value jacuuzi room but we paid full price. Would like a refund.

Room was dirty and outdated. There was an apple and banana left in the fridge. Vending machines do not work. Went outside to smoke at 9am before check out and they key had already been reset and i couldn't get back in to our room. Front desk said that wasn't the case. But when my sister came back from an errand at that same time, her key also had quit working.

Facility was clean, staff was courteous. Property and room a bit run down-obvioua water damage to the bathroom door, missing knobs on jacuzzi, stained carpet, curtains, and bedspread in room. Went to turn jacuzzi on after filling and dirt came out of jets so had to clean that out.
