It’s close to the interstate

They didn’t have eggs and bacon , no orange juice. They only have waffles, cereal, and yogurt

I didn’t like the fact my room was in a part of the hotel that was not connected to the rest of the hotel with the pool, lobby, front desk and breakfast area. I had to either drive up to that area which there were no parking spots available nearby or walk over to it. I have a knee injury so this wasn’t ideal. Also no elevators so I had to walk up and down the stairs which was not good for my knee either. Had I known I would have requested a first floor room near the lobby. Then when I went to breakfast before the ending time they had already closed down and so I didn’t get any breakfast. And they were very rude about it.

Bed was comfortable room was clean and fresh. Nice modern upgraded room nice country view .. hot tub was a must after 2 long days of cedar point well needed both days . Lobby staff awesome and friendly service place was clean grounds were clean

Parking lot in second building had some lighting out so returning was very dark in that area . Could do more for truckers staying. lot if contractors vehicles in parking should of been for autos since they offer a large area for just that . But lighting was poor so I get that. Breakfast wasn't that great just basic food options . Cereal ,fruit ,waffles,yogurt, juice and coffee .

Openings at last minute As the other hotel we booked was not able to be reached, it building to be entered Tried 3 ways to contact them At Island hotel … no reply no response No answers!!! Terrible customer service!!!
