Everything is good from outside.

Incredibly noisy rooms. Either noise from elevators or neighbors, or from fridge and ac, or from outside. It doesn’t look like you can avoid the noise in this hotel even when the staff give you the “quietest” room. There are no allergy friendly rooms. The carpets are dusty, more importantly the AC blows the air from the dustiest grills. It is incredible that this is even allowed or unchecked by inspectors. Staff don’t like their jobs, it is so obvious by the way they speak to customers and do their job. It is obvious from the front desk staff to the guy making omelette, and everyone in between.

Only one person at the check in desk and she basically ignored me for over 15 minutes while she was on the phone helping someone

I did not partake of the breakfast.

They never had any cookies available. (Sad face)

I needed some help with registering for Mother’s Day brunch and she helped me through everything. She was awesome. I would give her a 12 out of 10.

Easy access, greatcontrol. Try courteous and accommodating. Property was very clean and otherwise maintained.

The hot tub was down for maintenance, we were looking forward to using it, but this was beyond staff control. .

The location and proximity to dining and the interstate were great. The hotel is on its own street away from the main areas, so it felt safe. The pool area was large and our kids enjoyed it a lot. The breakfast space and opportunities are awesome! The made-to-order omlettes and eggs were great.

The facilities are a little dated. The carpets are updated, but they make it a little dark. The bathroom in the room was small.

The fridge was noisy and had problems with falling asleep
