I really enjoyed this hotel and would definitely stay here again. The hotel complimentary breakfast was great and they have Tea, Coffee, and Hot chocolate available 24/7. They also have someone available for questions or to ask for Linens at any time. Staff was very inviting and friendly. I also liked the option to request a complimentary late check out as long as you let them know before 10am. They also offer a basic card after check out to access bathrooms so you can continue to enjoy the beach if you want to.

There are only 2 things about the hotel that I would say could be improved. The first one would be communicating where to pull in to check in. I had sent a message to the hotel asking for addition information about parking because I hadn't been there before and I know the parking garage is located at the hotel. They advised they would direct me when I got there. Well, we got there after dark and couldn't figure out where to park. I wish someone would've communicated that there was a tunnel to pull through and park to check in so I knew what to do when I got there. The only other complaint I have was the pool was advertised to be heated but the pool was COLD. We happened to be there when it was really cold and windy and the temp of the pool did not go with the fact it was 40 degrees outside. The kids didn't mind of course but I only got in the pool once because it was very cold. Im not sure if they thought the water would warm up as it was being used but it didn't. Then when you leave the pool area they have giant fans blowing freezing air on you as you leave the pool in your wet bathing suit. Not the best week to be wet and cold with 40 degree temps and 20 mph winds. I had mentioned to one of the employees that the pool was really cold and she advised she would let someone know but the temperature never improved. That was really the only amenity we had to enjoy out of tue cold and I wish we could've enjoyed it more while we were there.
