DKWe had a big family room. It was really big and cosy. Walking distance to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful
On arrival our room was not as clean as we could have hoped. There was some old plastic bags and a used toothbrush in the bathroom.

The beds were very hard and the breakfast was acceptable.

The matrasses of the beds are extremely hard. Very uncomfortably!!! Staff really needs hotel training. A free tip: don’t change every day the towels! That will be better for the environment and for your costs. So: for the same price there are betteroptions in Luang Prabang!

GRGood location, quiet, easy walking distance to all the points of interest - temples, mekong river views, night market etc.
The room is smaller that advertised, no private balcony. Biggest problem - all electricity turns off when you unplug your card, including the fridge.
