Nasty, ignorant staff! If someone gets locked out of their room, it's not intentional. If the issue is that you doubt the ownership of the room, you should have another way to prove ownership. It’s not the customer’s fault. Employees who try to be a smart ass and try to school a customer are stupid and ignorant! Dirty facilities—don't provide shelves in the room if you’re not going to clean them. Even worse, if you request that the shelves be cleaned because your black clothes got dirty and dusty, make sure they know what needs cleaning, or remove the shelves. We travel, hoping to wear clean clothes. It’s a waste of time and effort to have to go shopping because of the filth in the room. Terrible internet on my floor! Make sure to provide a stable and reliable internet connection in the rooms. Attending a meeting at 7:00 am (9 am East Coast) in the lobby and having staff make you feel uncomfortable is CRAZY! Not sure why take this time if you are not going to take these comments seriously. If you care about the customer let me know it. 😓

Personal war aufmerksam und hat direkt auf Geruch im Flur und Maus im Zimmer reagiert.

- Maus im Zimmer gesehen! - Stechender fauliger Geruch im Flur durch defekte Eis-Maschine. Geruch ist ins Zimmer gezogen. - Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen.

Loved an early morning swim before heading out for the day. Sharkies sports bar attached to the property was fantastic. Very friendly staff upon arrival.

All good! No complaints here!

Beds are comfortable.

Chair had brown stains on it in the shape of a bum. Stain on one of the walls. TV very difficult to figure out, I had to call the front desk to get it to work. The "smoke free room " smelled of cigarette smoke. One table lamp and that did not work. At the front desk when leaving the hotel no consideration for any compensation.I was just told that ....oh well that is one of the floor animals are allowed and I should have asked for room change ...ie my fault.

打掃很久，訂兩間房，到三點快四點都沒拿到第二間房

Beds were great. Staff were very helpful.

There was only two lifts so could get very busy.
