"I pretend I'm in a Steven King novel to make the stay more interesting."

Front desk staff was friendly and attentive. They helped us immediately with our need for towels and robes (which were missing from our suite.

We were missing bar soap, towels, and robes in our room. Also, we go to the Sandman frequently, and the hot tub lights have been broken for over half a year.
