"Best Dang Doorman!"

When we checked in and asked for our luggage to be held since our room was not ready, we were asked to take our luggage to the stand past the stairs but lucky enough that is when we met Rufus and he took care of our luggage right there at the front desk. Rufus was the highlight of our visit! He always had suggestions of what to do everyday and was excited to hear how we enjoyed it. He took care of us up until the last moment by getting us a taxi to the airport during a busy festival even if it meant staying past his time to go home. You can tell he loves what he does. Rufus is an asset to Hilton Chicago and quite honestly should mentor all the others.
