Quality Inn Moss Point - Pascagoula

Rooms I need to be more updated cleaning and get those lamps out of the room better pillows. The pillows are too small and better sheets.

The AC nor working properly because it was only fan, therefore, everything was wet by the humidity. The bed looked like was used by other guests before and nobody changed the sheets.

Old place

The stay was horrible! The tv fell off the wall the lights was rusted the sheets had mold on them and there was no towels in there and when asked for some the lady was rude and told us we had to wait in house keeping which should’ve been done before we even checked in! At night time there was prostitution and drug use and junkies all around and out and the ac did not work we sweated all day and night asked for diff room and was told everything was booked and it wasn’t! We should’ve left like other ppl did when they saw their rooms! Lesson learned and completely ruined our trip!

I had booked this room through Hotels.com a couple of days in advance because plans to stay with family didn't materialize. Due to unforseen circumstances we didn't check in till 6am giving us a very short stay. Upon trying to enter the assigned room I discovered to my horror that the room was already occupied! The desk agent apologized profusely and blamed it on a computer error. Whenwe did get into another room, thebtelephone had been ripped out if the wall, so I called on my cellphone to report it and request an additional blanket because my 84 year old mother was freezing. The agent said most of the phones don't work and I was eventually told they don't give out additional blankets unless they take the old one in exchange. I had paid for the room at time of booking and my debit card charged, but upon check-in was told that was just a hold and ,although she did get me a lower rate, my card was charged again. Furthermore there was no body wash in the shower, only a couple of bidy bars, conditioner and body lotion by the sink. No shampoo. I don't plan to be back through this area anytime soon, but if I do I doubt I will choose this property again.

Breakfast, pool and decent rooms.

Clean no issues other than they allowed some kids to pop fireworks late in to the night on 4th of July

The bed was hard and the room had leftover cigarettes in it. one of the covers had a stain still on it
