Quality Inn Moss Point - Pascagoula

Our room had numerous toenail clippings, red sand, GREASY counters and a mystery crusty "spray residue" on the tiny TV. Front desk, no questions asked, moved us next door. (She is the only good part about this hotel. Amazing woman.) Next room had mold along the ceiling and the entire bathroom ceiling is water damaged and COVERED in mold. Paint is bubbling. Faucet had either dried toothpaste or lotion on it. Toilet had dried diarrhea down the side of the bowl and was covered in long and short black hairs. Shampoo bottle stains still on bathroom floor. Shower curtain was inside out and had a tear. Mold in grout. Rusted toilet paper holder. Curtains smelled of cigarette smoke and the detector was lying next to the TV...The wires where it used to be in the ceiling were hanging down. Refrigerator has a missing leg and rocks. Luckily, I had packed some sanitizing wipes and wiped down the toilet and faucet. I was too tired to move to a 3rd room so we just slept with the bathroom door closed. Oh and my kids socks were BLACK by bedtime so that carpet could probably benefit from a deep cleaning. The whole room felt "wet" and so humid. A vent would help. Breakfast... I passed on toast, boiled eggs, and waffles. The coffee was great! Whoever the housekeeper manager is, they are not doing their job of checking behind the housekeepers. I wanted to tell the front desk lady all of this at checkout but she was too busy on speakerphone with her friend to even say good bye.

The bathroom was nasty hair everywhere on the floors baseboards hair in the tub as well as some one blood in the tub

This place sucks. The night clerk booked me the wrong room. Someone tried to come in around 12 at night but I had the deadbolt on. He went to the same lady who check me just a few hours before, who apparently forgot and freaked put by yelling and attempting to unlock the door to my room as well. Then she startes pounding and screaming for me to come out, so I did. She asked for my id while simultaneously telling me to pack my stuff as if i was a squatter. Also, I booked a king, but got 2 full sized beds. She obviously booked the wrong room. I packed my stuff and on my way to the front desk she walks around corner and says nevermind, sorry. It gets worse. I booked 3 nights. The next day I go to the front desk clerk who happens to be the manager, and also unhappy, to tell her that I got the wrong room. Left the the fiasco out of it... she says they dont have any kings. I ask if we can cancel the remaining 2 nights then. She agrees, but then argues with expedia and refuses to refund my money. The room smelled like mildew and the heater was obnoxious with its noises, the customer service sucks If you are traveling on a budget, dont stay here.

Served our purpose, a place to sleep on our way home wouldn't ever consider an extended stay
