The coffee tasted OK

The room smelled like pure weed when I checked in the TV didn't work saw 1 roach and when I went to check out the attendant looked like I had inconvenienced her because she had to go inspect my room

A clean no-frills place to stay not too far from the stadium.

Bathroom, specifically shower curtain smelled like smoke and had burn holes in it. (non smoking room). Pretty sure we witnessed drug deal in the parking lot and at least one woman with questionable clothing (or lack thereof) slowly circling the hotel. Also, we were unaware that the pool was already closed for the season.

Room was clean and comfortable

It was close to campus.

Everything else. It’s a place that looks like a crime scene or illegal activity would take place. I would never stay there again and would never recommend this place to anyone.

Very marginal hotel. Room furnishings very worn, in need of deep cleaning. TV did not work. No coffee maker. Spots of mold in the bathroom. Only two worn towels. Only slightly better than sleeping in the car.
