"Damp Room"

Location was great. Getting cabs etc was easy. Ideal location in South Mumbai.

The room was extremely small, but that's fine. The main issue was the entire room including ceiling, wals and curtain were completely damp. Its understandable that its Monsoon season in Mumbai, but that doesn't mean that we have to stay in such a damp and wet room. I talked to Ahmed at the reception immediately but he just kept saying "This is how it is during Monsoon". Later at 12 pm a different staff member called and asked us if we wanted a different room. What's the point of changing the room at midnight when we need to checkout next morning anyway. Quite disappointed with the experience.
