Easy to get to the venue

A lot of places to eat. And staff very kind

Room was broken into we were forced out of room physically by manager Marissa, staff member male, security armed , staff worker Yolanda refused to check me into a clean sanitized room telling me I can go elsewhere

No continental breakfast. Only muffins handed out at service desk on demand. The ice machine on the second floor was inaccessible due to the door being locked and not unlockable with room key card. THe access door to the front desk from the room area was locked and was not accessible with room key card.

Nothing

Everything, requested non Smoking room received a smoking room, 2nd room refrigerator not working and smelled, area unpleasant, breakfast you had to pickup roll behind security window.

super dirty. pretty disgusting room. my feet and socks were BLACK after walking in the room for 5 mins.

how close it was to nos event center

we booked a smoking room and were put in the back of the hotel which seems like the rooms aren’t cared about, we had a broken toilet top, the shower head wasn’t really working, and there was what we believe blood in some areas of the room and there was holes in the wall which made it kinda uneasy due to the fact that there are places with hidden cameras. we were trying to save our deposit from getting taken away for damages that were already there. when bringing it up at the frost desk I was told “we don’t give rooms out with broken toilet tops” so I showed tue picture and then they apologized and said we will definitely be getting our refund back. it’s a sketchy hotel, only made it worth it because it was close to venue
