"Deposit not automatically refunded"

The hotel charge my credit card an extra $100 for a deposit (which is normal). But after checking out with the room left in perfect condition the charge went through my card still and even few days later the deposit was still not returned.

"It was convenient ,easy restaurants access "

The hotel was ok , They change the locks on the doors and to open the door you have push your knee against it when you unlock it .

The room had an awful smell. There was dog or cat poop by the bed. The sheets and the towels looked dirty. The entire properly look dirty. It was my only choice because I was looking for two rooms with queen beds.

The whole check in process was annoying as they required a $100 cash deposit. I don’t understand why they couldn’t just accept a credit card deposit. I had to run to the atm to get cash. Checking out was equally annoying as everyone was waiting in line to get the cash deposit back which took about 10-15 mins.

The bathtub didn’t have the plug up working to keep water filled and it kept on drain the water plus while shower the water stay “flood” till finish shower.. Had old chicken bone Laing on floor with the bed skirt covering also Apple were left hiding under bed skirt.. The bed skirt were also oversized.

This hotel is disgusting. Room was cleaned prior to us getting there. I have photos of many roaches in the bathroom. I had to purchase my own clean supplies to clean the room. When we complained they said I should’ve said something earlier when I did twice! The only gave me 25 dollars back after paying over 700 bucks

First room was dirty. Ashes in the sink, air didn’t work lights didn’t work. Was moved to another room which was resent. The area is disgusting.

"Surprise!"

Year’s ago Werner Enterprises used the La Quinta Inn for meetings and housing for Students and Driver’s. I was thankful Super 8 has kept the tradition of Comfort; Although pricey. I see remodeling is taking place at that location and the next morning as I was contemplating having a cup of coffee ( the condiments was there but not coffee) a small roach strolled out of the coffee maker. Perhaps it was the coffee bandit! Was it a fluke?! I don’t know, maybe it was connected to the construction, I don’t know. But it was there. Oh, and they take a $ 100.00 deposit, that I don’t recall seeing in Hotel.com description. Which they did return the next morning at my departure. The Motel does not accept American Express!

"I feel like the management is not even trying"

Stayed over a week here for a business trip that the company paid for it was a training trip so most of my time was spent in class at work or studying on my laptop in the room at night there were lots of homeless and drug type activity going on in the parking lot and people yelling late at night the water in both the shower and the sink were scolding hot and cannot be adjusted paint and tile falling off in the bathroom exhaust fan just squealed did not work the alarm clock was broken, telephone remote control for the TV and fire alarm annunciator were all broken. The room appeared clean but did not smell clean the staff were very disciplined and using their masks and cleaned whenever it was requested the breakfast was literally a kids lunch sack with 12 inch chocolate muffin inside there was no protein no fruit no vitamin enriched foods The juice dispenser and water dispenser were broken over 50% of my stay the coffee maker was broken two or three days out of the seven days the coffee provider in the room was very very poor quality and the coffee maker itself had an ill fitting part that let water leak everywhere and the drip process was interrupted overall if I had budgeted more for the trip I would’ve got my own hotel somewhere else. I did not feel safe to leave my valuables in the room during the day so I had to tote all of my work electronic devices with me each day. I hope for the sake of the staff who are in their livelihood here the management pulls their head out and delivers better leader ship and philosophy provides the resources for the employees to use when problems are reported. The staff were very polite and professional they just didn’t have any resources to fix the problems.
