I didn’t like anything

The toilet flooded three times

mixed feelings about this property, as the room itself and facility was excellent, renovated, modern and clean., However, some unsavory characters were lurking about, one person seemed to be living on the stairway as he was there, cleaning his toenails day and night. The Starbucks across the parking lot was basically populated with homeless people in the morning, charging their phones.

I checked out room 312 the sink has no hot water the toilet bowl stained holes in the doors. The bed was stiff too then to top it off my car gets towed and the workers don’t even know what tow company or have any paperwork on the tow. It’s ridiculous I would never stay here again. The front desk personnel have no answers for the customers.walking down the hallway to your room there are nails all over the floor it was worst then the motel 6.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. I was traveling and got here around midnight. Upon arrival security and staff were outside smoking weed and had me waiting 15 minutes before coming inside to check me in. After finally checking in I got a non smoking room which smelled like cigarettes extremely bad and the room wasn’t clean at all. Poop stains still on the toilet and hair in the shower. Asked for a different room and not only was the bathroom still dirty but the bed sheets and pillows had hair and black stains all over them. Asked for a refund at the front desk but all the high employee had to say was “I don’t know how to do that”. Ended up just leaving even without a refund just because how disgusting and how unprofessional this place was

I didn't no they had a breakfast all I saw was waffles they're out of yogurt both days second day they're out of milk did I mention all I saw was waffles nothing else no eggs no sausages no bacon no pastries no bagels they had waffles

The easier to say what I liked about the hotel but wait there's nothing

It was so nice in the inside but the stove top didn't work whole reason why I booked a stay there I switched rooms and it didn't work a second time in a different room but was charged for it
