No me llegue a hospedar muy mal vecindario.llegue y me fuy no me gusto mucho homeless en el area y dentro del hotel .no se responsabilizan alli por lo q le pase a tu auto.no cam seguridad

No me gusto nada .no hay seguridad niguna .muchos homeless en el area y no se hacen responsable en el hotel lo q le pase atu carro.no llegue a hospedarme me fuy a otro sitio

I liked that it was cheap and it was close to the cruise terminal.

The actual location of the hotel is NOT in the best neighborhood. The hotel room was very outdated and any maintenance that was done, was "fixed" with the littlest amount of effort. The bedding had cigarette burns on them (this was a non smoking room), the shower looked dirty but I couldn't tell if it was dirty or just worn out. I didn't use it because I didn't want to find out. Pur room was on the 3rd floor so when we left to check out, we took the elevator. It got stuck for a minute to the point where we thought we would have to call someone. Thankfully it opened up on the 2nd floor and we decided to hop off there and just carry our luggage down the stairs the rest of the way. I did let the person at the front desk know but I'm not sure if anything could be done with it. We booked the same hotel for our day back from the cruise but I immediately canceled it and booked another room at a different hotel. Unfortunately you get what you pay for and we didn't want to go through with that again.
