First off the hotel has bed bugs and roaches. There is a horrible smell coming from all the sinks I was there 2 months so I was in a lot of rooms. The staff is horrible especially front desk, they are rude and don't want to help when it's there job. I accidentally booked my room for the wrong date the lady told me I had to check out, yelled at me to pay for that day after she seen me distraught I told her about my daughter having leukemia she did not care she just kept yelling for me to pay not to mention she put my friend out just because she had to wait for her money to load to her account barred her from the property. The rooms are absolutely horrendous I tried the best I could to not complain but when bed bugs start crawling up my behind and my pelvic area it's time to go

I love the mirrors the motel was clean each time

Staff are positive and assist. I could recall tendering some complaints and they acted on it immediately.
