"Once was enough to say, we won't rerurn."

It's was obviously renovated in the bathrooms, but the quality wasn't up to par. The elevator felt like any moment it would collapse, they came in while we were gone to "turn the room" but the refold the used towel, didn't make the bed, and folded my personal laundry on top of the messy bed... weird. The breakfast didn't have anything healthy to eat, towels were extremely small, and the staff wasn't really friendly😐 This hotel served it's purpose, but we will never stay here again.

I loved the hotel all around. Most hotels have a smell but it was always fresh. The rooms were clean and everything seemed to appear new. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

"Appalling service. Be warned: expensive shuttle."

Rooms were clean

Service was appalling. Only service member who could check us in walked away on her phone while doing check in and didn’t return until called for. Automatically charged us $40 for a shuttle we hadn’t taken without asking.
