Very disappointing experience. The customer service was poor, and the breakfast had very limited options. The room was not clean at all — the bathroom tub was dirty, and the carpet was extremely filthy as well. Overall, it was not worth the price I paid. I had booked the hotel for two days but decided to check out after just one day due to the bad experience.

The photo online are not accurate. I question if this hotel is even 2 stars. Our room was very dirty and we could not change rooms as the hotel was "full". They did come to change the stained sheets so one bed was sleepable. The floors in the bathroom area was sticky and we had to wear shoes all during our stay in the room. I question if the room has ever been cleaned. If there was a different option of place to stay I would definitely stayed elsewhere.
