Concerned about run down neighborhood.

I wish I could’ve checked in with the morning staff because they were amazing and the manager is truly an angel. My day was mediocre for a Marriott hotel, which is very upsetting. The hotel is clean for the most part very hidden away but when I arrived, I waited almost 30 minutes to check in… The bartender did not acknowledge me. Just gave me a weird stare, then another gas came in And grabbed the bartenders attention after I had been waiting and she announced to me that oh he probably in the bathroom he’ll be right back mind. You’ve already been waiting for 15 minutes at this point… The gentleman came checked me in rather quickly gave me a piece of paper so don’t worry about the $10 thing on the Paper I then checked into my room I had never been on the first floor of a hotel before, but the room seemed like there was moisture of somewhat as the one of the beds was damp could have been wet towels. And then went to the bar to have a margarita where I was served the margarita in a plastic glass… Wasn’t too happy about that. I forgot that drinks are cheaper in Indiana so I said go ahead and charge me for two the tab was 21 something I left a $10 tip And then I watched her take the bottle of Don Julio. Pour it into the shaker and then give me the access in another cup with no ice… Needless to say I got one heavy drink… Over the two drinks that I paid for I did notice the bartender was drinking a lemon dropand upon arrival she was hanging with a friend watching movies.

Never attended by desk personnel. Food area had women laying on bench while someone was trying to check in.

Beautiful property & great brunch

Great property. Everyone was super nice.

Hotel was mainly clean and had what we needed but was a weird vibe. Hallways are weird and room was small. What we should have expected for the price. Some unclean parts of our room but nothing major. There was a big conference going on downstairs and so there was a lot of people but when we left there wasn’t and it was nice and quiet.
