The shower had rust, it had cigarette burns on tub, no trash can, remote wouldn’t work, no conditioner, just 3 bottles of shampoo

I did not like anything at all. The website of the facility is false advertisement.

* DO NOT BOOK AT THIS LOCATION! The receptionist was nice enough to have me look at the room before actually taking the given room. When I went to look at the room the room smelled of mildew, the floor was sticky, light switches had dirty markings, lamps were dirty, fingerprints were visible to the bedside table, the bathroom was the worst of all! The tub was not at all clean, hair was left everywhere, toilet was not at all clean, the bathroom door barely closed. When I went back to the front desk to give my feedback, the receptionist said she knew that the room would look like that and offered to have me look at another room. The second room was just as bad but the ac was not blowing at all also. Again, I went back to the front desk to tell the receptionist that the second room was just as bad as the first. At this point she told me that the manager would not refund my money because that’s just the way he is, she was sorry for the situation, and then again said please look at another room because at this time it was nearly 1 o’clock in the morning. And I did, I looked at another room for the THIRD TIME. Long story short, it was just as bad as the two rooms that I had looked at. Bottom line, do not book at this location!

The place is dirty and the manager who’s name is Rony is rude all he cares about is the money when I asked for a refund due to the conditions of the room we stayed at automatically he refused and blamed it on the hotel being old but a hotel can be old and clean my issue was the cleanliness of the room .

The room was disgustingly terrible

The location is not how it looks on the pictures. I was Very disappointed and asked to cancel and get money back and still have not received the money. They didn’t have any guest when we arrived so we booked another hotel Wyndham by Wingate and it was incredible! They should shut down the La Quinta inn and start over or not.

Do yourself a favor and do not go there first while they don’t turn a sign on at night so it’s kinda hard to find. Secondly, there’s no cups for coffee in the morning or for the coffee pot in the room nor is there any breakfast if you want condom in your toilet this is your place if you want no smoke alarm in your room this is the place Ceiling falling down in the bathroom tub. This is your place so yeah I mean I’m not sure why you’d wanna stay there.

They had to change rooms for me 3 times cause the first room had water on the floor and coming from the ceiling second room key didn't work and the third had a broken TV and no phone to call the front desk, not to mention there was no breakfast as promised in the morning...
