Looks good on outside room was dirty it had a very bad smell the tub was very dirty I didnโ€™t stay I asked for a refund immediately the pictures on line doesnโ€™t look anything like the rooms they have provided glass advertisement. I was really unhappy and didnโ€™t have any where to stay while I visited Monroe I had to sleep in my vehicle

"If it werenโ€™t so cold, I would have saved my money and slept in my vehicle."

Parking space

Lobby cleaner and nicer looking than room Front desk attendant, not welcoming at all Room floor badly damaged. Had to wear shoes in order to keep my feet from getting cut. For a smokeless hotel, my room wreaked of Marijuana the moment I opened the door. The stairs to the second floor were not safe at all.
