"Will never stay there again…"

The female working front counter when checked in was very nice-friendly and helped us get room together…

The food was bad… Eggs n potatoes were over cooked/dry and undercooked sausage.. Plus homeless coming to eat… Rooms needs to be remodeled looked old and dirty.. New paint at least…

"Very disappointed that there was no mention the hotel is a building site"

Not much of anything really

Unfortunately when I was booking a room there was no mention that the facility was a complete building site. I can understand why it is being rebuilt as it’s a dump. The whole pool wing was under construction.

"New Year in NM"

Easy to get to off 25. Staff very responsive to needs. Our original rooms tv did not work so we received another room. The heat in the new room would not turn off but the staff came right out. Lots of construction going on but the room was clean and the continental breakfast was good
