I didn't like how they gave my room away that I had reserved

There was no breakfast & the only thing good about the location was it was next to the highway so you can get the hell out of there.

There was nothing to like there the staff was very rude inconsiderate the rooms were trashed and s***** in the overall place the silly was like something out of one of the hostile movies there was no TV and they wanted to charge you extra money for TV it was just stupid the air conditioning didn't work. Then they kind of kicked us out to keep our deposit not because we were allowed rude or causing you trouble no because my service animals was with us they refused to look at the paperwork that we had they wanted someone to bring paperwork I had someone coming in actually from out of town who had left their job to bring me the paperwork but they wanted it instantly so they took us and they threw us out threatened to call the police on us and kept our deposit which was total BS if you have a service animal this place ain't the place we're looking currently looking at suing these people so my advice is to stay away I do not recommend this facility to stay I cannot stress it enough you will regret it they have been is just a step below living in hell.

Very low price for room. Right next to I-35 on/off ramps.

Unbalanced end tables. Spotty paint on walls. Door has graffiti, "Tig 'ol Biddies". Dirty carpet. Cigarette burns all over bathtub, sink, and carpet. One of three pillows was dirty. Back of electronic door lock exposed; cover missing.

There was no TV in the room. Room was filthy.

Like cleanliness, the wonderful amount of towels, I didn't have to go get any extras. The bathtub was very clean and relaxing.

I have nothing to complain about.
