Holes in walls, ceilings, and gun shots on the doors. This place is not Safe. I left after 2 minutes of waling into my room.

Very bad place to stay

Online pics do not represent actual rooms, bloodstains on mattress, no tv, homeless doing drugs in stairwells, bulletholes in ceiling

bed not made, stain on pillow, bathroom dirty

There was mold on the ceiling, crack heads around the property and overall just an unclean environment

If you don’t mind the homeless, prostitutes, and drug users. Bullet holes in the room doors. Mold on the ceiling and bathtub. The furniture was stained and peeling back. Checked in and checked out sane hour. Not safe. NOT SAFE.

There was criminal activity throughout the property, holes in the ceiling of the room, lights didn’t work. The entire place is not safe or habitable.

the room was in total disrepair, there was damage to the ceiling, walls, floors, fixtures. there were painted hand prints on the headboard, there was some kind of brown substance on the curtains, there were spiderwebs, the security lock was broken, there a hug gap under the door, the was not hardly any hot water. the room looked very unsafe. the property was littered with homeless people and prostitutes. there were a group of people that were hanging outside our door until around 3am. we felt very unsafe on this property and i do not reccomend this property to anyone in the future. i will be contacting the state on this property.

Staff was rude. Room did not have any amenities that were offered on the website. No tv in the room. No refrigerator. No microwave. Was not clean. Key did not work and when the staff member that checked me in had to come open the door he was mad about it. He walked in and said the room was good and walked out. I informed him that the room doesn’t even have a tv and he got mad and went through several more rooms only to find out that he couldn’t find a room with a tv. When I asked about getting another room or a refund he said stay there or don’t he didn’t care and walked off. I asked for a refund since the room did not even meet the standards of the website that was supposed to be offered, I was informed that I needed to contact the company I used to book the room for a refund. I did not stay there and walked down the street to a different hotel.
