Ich war jetzt zum 5ten mal hier und es passt alles, das einzige wo manchmal schwierig ist sind die Gäste weil sie keine Nachtruhe kennen aber für das kann ja die Unterkunft nichts dafür. Ich finde es super hier und kann es weiterempfehlen

Smelled terrible, bedding wasn’t clean

Okay, honest review.. I booked this room because the pictures online looked extremely nice. When I arrived to the hotel, the front lobby was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The room that I originally booked was not ready even though I showed up after 3:00 p.m. which would have been my check-in time. They ended up giving me another room on the first floor. As soon as I walked into the room it smelled like a carton of smoked cigarettes. Which really bothered me because there was a no smoking sign in the room. I used room spray and lit a candle and that did not help. The AC sounded like a box Chevy all night long, so that bothered me. The bed was semi comfortable but it could have mattress upgrade. You could tell that the room had not been cleaned fully as there was a used razor still in the shower, there was tissue behind the nightstand, there was a pill in the nightstand drawer that I found. Upon taking a shower, the water was not draining out of the bathtub, so that irritated me. The door to the room needed weather strips put on it because it would not seal properly and you could see the outside light all around the door frame. Then there were people outside all night being loud. I'm not one to write a bad review, but from the looks of the pictures online and then what I actually stayed in was very different. Needless to say I will not stay there again. I just don't understand how you can have a no smoking sign in the room and then you walk in the room and all you smell is old cigarette smoke. Hopefully, the property manager will do better and get the rooms cleaned. I do travel a lot, so I'm not writing this review to bash this hotel. This was just my personal experience and maybe I just got a bad room. Maybe the other rooms are better I'm not really sure.
