Go in with an open mind and heart. Not everything may seem perfect, you will find some flaws, but the staff will immediately start solving them. If you want to watch the life of local residents, horses and camels, the mosque from the balcony - ask for a room with this view (where room No. 4 is). If you prefer quiet, then your choice is a room on the opposite side. There are 3 different breakfasts to choose from. We had always only one and shared, more than enough for both of us. If you are planning trips, entrust yourself to Noura - she will discuss all the options with you. If you have no idea what you'd like to see besides the pyramids, entrust yourself to Noura too, you won't regret it. Absolutely amazing person. Sometimes it really is better to go with a local guide - Reham and Berry are both great. Also, drivers with cars in excellent condition are ready here, you don't have to look for any Uber or taxi. Our driver Omar will always be fondly remembered. The roof terrace with a view of the pyramids and the Sphinx is absolutely fantastic. Breakfast is served there, but you can also use it for dinner. There you can turn to Anwar with any request or wish. Don't be afraid to go out without an escort, it's safe there even in the dark. Our one week stay at this hotel was absolutely brilliant, we enjoyed it very much, we loved all the staff here.

Wi-Fi is good in reception and upstairs on the roof terrace. It didn't work in the room, at least in ours (No. 4). So if you need to be online non-stop, get a local sim, or e-sim, etc.

The rooms are super clean, the staff are kind and they offered me a free spa session. The area is very safe and the breakfast was very delicious.

The hotel is amazing, the staff are helpful, and the food is seriously delicious.

Nous avons pu réalisés une visite privé avec un guide privé c’était top. Nour était notre guide privé française, et elle n’hésitait pas à nous mette à l’aise. Je recommande !! Pour ce qui est de l’hôtel, super propre, et personnel sympa.
