Baymont by Wyndham Austin University Area

The floor was absolutely filthy our socks were black from walking on it had to wear shoes inside to feel clean as the staff ignored our requests to clean/mop it.

Terrible experience

Place is rundown, there are noisy guests at all hours. I felt unsafe when someone knocked at 4 am. The help desk was not responding calls at that time.

It was a good price and the motel was clean, but everything else was horrible. Illegal activity happening out in the open, LOTS of people hanging out in the halls, outside their rooms, and in the parking lot. I had my belongings in my car because I was moving, and people were eyeballing my car and shouting at my dog. A dog was running loose with no leash, nipping at my heels and barking.

Clean and staff was quick to find a solution for my issue

Not as good as the Baymont in Murphysboro, Tennessee.

Bedding and shower. I saw insects crawling over the floor.
