"Awful!!! Disgusting rooms, trashy staff, and all around terrible experience"

Location related to place I was going

Left for not even an hour to get food when we came back the room was completely flooded so they moved us next door and the water came through the walls again. They moved us upstairs next and then nothing worked in that room. Several lights were out the tv didnโ€™t work the ac didnโ€™t blow cold and the room itself was filthy. The โ€œbreakfastโ€ was just plain white toast in cling wrap, or stale cereal, or waffles with no syrup or butter or anything. Worst hotel weโ€™ve ever been to! Staff was also very rude and acted like the flooding was our faults when we hadnโ€™t even used anything in the room. Just set suitcases down and walked out. They also tried to not move us or do anything about the inch deep of water all over our entire floor.

The staff was great

They said I had a renovated room and it was not renovated. The curtains were torn. Big crack at the bottom of the door so all the air was going out the door.
