La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Austin Oltorf

La chambre était sale, la TV ne fonctionnait pas et il n'y avait que 2 serviettes de douche pour 4 pax ! Mon fils est allé en réclamer à 19h à la réception et on lui a dit qu'il fallait revenir le lendemain matin à partir de 6 h du matin pour en récupérer 2 autres, et que la TV , la politique de l'hôtel ne lui permettait pas de rentrer dans notre chambre pour réparer la TV. J'ai donc dû y aller et après un long échange , il a accepté de nous rapporter 2 autres serviettes 15 mn après et de vérifier la TV ! Hallucinant ! La piscine était pleine de sachets en plastique ! J'ai fait 10 jours de road trip entre la Californie, Arizona , New Mexico et Texas et c'est le pire hôtel que j'ai fait en termes d'accueil et de service !

Le service du responsable et la propreté des extérieurs et de la chambre Le lit avait de très mauvais ressorts ! Cela nous a permis de rire un peu

Very reasonable price.

Close to the airport and moody center.

The staff was great, there’s security at night (he was also super nice), and it was really close to the concert venue I came to town for. Room was clean and welcoming - I didn’t wake up in time for breakfast however my friend who came on the trip did and said it was good.

Me and my boyfriend really like this property. It’s right next to the chipotle so we like to walk there, and they also have a really good Vietnamese spot nearby. The staff are wonderful and very nice, always welcoming…and yes.. even if it’s in oltorf, the location was great BECAUSE the food spots! Everything is so close nearby. It is indeed comfortable to stay at. The only bad part about this place was that when we first got there, I got itchy on the bed bc I think that someone forgot to change the sheets?…or just thought we wouldn’t notice, so we went to ask the front staff if we can get new clean sheets and blankets because there were little hairs on the bed from possibly a dog or even a human which is gross…but I rather not think about it. Either way, the front staff were super great. We stayed for basically a week for personal reasons, and we decided to get one more night there. Room service does come to clean the room everyday and they do a good job as well. Im very thankful to have gone here, and im sure my boyfriend is as well :). Thank you to the staff for being so welcoming.

The only thing I didn’t like about this property was that they forgot to clean the sheets and I forgot to add that they forgot to clean the inside toilet so me and my bf just had to make sure everything was to our liking. I’m not blaming anyone though. I understand we can be forgetful sometimes, so if you do decide to stay here or anywhere temporarily, it’s always okay to have a mini inspection..especially because it’s a hotel.
