The pool was dirty and gross

Not a lot, but it was a convenient location.

I stayed in Room 115 at the back of the property. There was an "island" in the parking lot right outside my room randomly filled with medium sized rock and stumps of shrubs or trees. Can you say LAWSUIT WAITING TO HAPPEN??!! All of that is a severe tripping hazard for anyone entering or leaving their car and should be paved over. I am a senior and found the footing and tripping hazards very troublesome. The parking lot was cluttered and dirty. In the room the carpet across from the bathroom went partially up the wall and is torn and hanging down. It felt hurriedly cleaned...just kind of glossed over. The overall effect was drab, unkempt and in need of a serious redo. It was NOISY!! The people upstairs were heavily walking around all night. Overhead insulation felt negligible. The person that checked me in at the desk wasn't particularly friendly or welcoming. I have traveled a lot, and this was certainly the worst overall impression I've had of a room in many years.

The breakfast is the same as it is with all continental breakfasts. The room was clean and comfortable. Maybe less "full" pillows. I usually need a flat pillow for neck comfort. The pillows were huge and full therefore I couldn't use them. But that was no big deal for me :)

It was easy to access off the I90, the room was spacious and the young lady who checked us in was very friendly, telling us about her grad picture day when we complimented her nails!

Towels weren’t clean and breakfast could be improved a lot. We went to iHop instead.
