Staff was great and helpful

TV in room would not connect to internet. Staff had to come everytime it went out which was often. Directions provided did not work. Staff had trouble! I have a roku device and have trouble. Think it's the brand of tv- onn

Staff was great!, very helpful Room was fine. Would have liked a more comfortable chair, and had a lot of problems with the TV. Would not connect to the internet . Instructions given did not work on the device in my room and I had to reach out to the staff multiple times to connect the TV to the internet. They were great but the situation still created lots of stress

Convenient location, big and clean room, very quiet

The outside door accessibility to each room was nice having dogs. The staff was very helpful and tentative.

The pool could be warmer in the winter. It gets super cold here in Montana. Atleast having the option for a hot tub would be a great perk for travelers, especially the injured/elderly. Some people depend on a nice soak to get moving in the morning or to ensure they have a good night's rest.

The room was clean

The door keys did not work and a lot of random people hung out around the rooms
