"Great location, modern rooms"

The location is great, everything is close by. The room looked like on the picture, and the bed is comfortable. The communication with the staff was smooth and their direction to find the accommodation was clear. There was a heater in the room which was really effective, and you can also use the AC on the heat mode.

Unfortunately you can hear everything what happens in the room next to you, even when people are just talking. I used earplugs but i could still hear it. The “quiet rule” from 10pm is a good idea, though. Would be nice to have another mirror in the room not only in the bathroom. Plus it would also be nice to have a water heater with some teabags.

Perfect accommodation in Bologna. Central location, clean room, with impeccably white sheets and good hygiene products. The bed was super comfortable. The communication was on high level. As a bonus, they provided voucher for apperitive.

Very comfortable bed -the best in Italy! Perfect location. Good AC. Wonderful that they offered a coupon for a complementary (big!) appetizer at a nearby wine bar; so pleasant! The place downstairs to buy breakfast is really fantastic!

Put a shelf in the bathroom!!! There is no where to put any thing except in the sink! Put a TABLE on BOTH sides of bed (a good sized table). I either could plug in the lamp OR charge my devices easily. Provide the city maps in English - would have been very helpful. Also let people know that transportation (bus, taxi, other) is hard to access on the weekend when part of the center is closed to cars. I almost missed train. The windows had "privacy" covering. I understand, but it was excessively heavy and dark, I wanted option to let light in. I was worried about there being no staff on site; however when I needed help and texted, they were quickly helpful so it went smoothly.
