Bed was very comfy.

Wifi was poor

Breakfast was good and friendly staff Well spaced bedroom, easy and comfortable.

Mold in bathroom around shower and bath. Dust behind bed , pillows fell over edge of bed and when I pulled the bed out they were directly in historic dust.

The shower head was poor. Really disapointed that the booking clearly said hot and cold breakfast included. The only hot items were porridge and coffee!!! We had to pay extra for a cooked breakfast. When i queried this at reception, i was told that cooked breakfast was free for millenium members. But even though it is free to join, i was not allowed to join after the booking! Very poor and poor advertising. The breakfast option should clearly have stated it was only continental breakfast. Generally, the hotel feels like it needs updating from the 1970's.

Peak hour (afternoon) not hot water, just warm.

Comfy bed

Not clean, potato chips in the couch, walls beside bed dirty, bathroom bench top dirty. Price included breakfast, they only offered very limited continental. Booked for 2 adults & 1 child, room only had a queen size bed. Went down to ask about another bed, staff member was very rude. Had to sleep child on the couch with 1 blanket. Could hear the people above us going to the toilet.
