The smell in rooms

First of all, the room was in very poor condition. Everything looked worn out and neglected, and the smell inside was absolutely unbearable. The entire room seemed saturated with cigarette smoke and marijuana odor, as if you were sleeping inside an ashtray. It was impossible to get a good night’s sleep because there was no fresh air to breathe. From morning until late at night, people were smoking marijuana directly outside the windows. Throughout the night there was constant noise, shouting, arguing, and drug use. Unfortunately, there is no way to speak positively about the quality of this hotel. It is certainly not worth $100 per night. In fact, it feels more like the hotel should be paying guests to stay here rather than charging them.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast included fresh waffles.

Facilities are in very poor shape. Building is basically falling apart; had major leak in our room during our stay, and replacement room had plenty of water damage as well, and mildewy smell.
