clean convenient to my location

i booked a handicap accessible room when i go there i received anything but that not only was it not an accessible room it was on the second floor all the way down the hall from the elevator. the person at the front desk told me all those rooms were booked i said yes i know i booked one to which seemed to have no comment and no interest in helping i was there long before most guests and the hotel was no where near capacity if i booked an accessible room then why didn't i get one
