Oxford Suites Pismo Beach

Location of room. Breakfast but very limited choices.

Day 2 our room was not cleaned...the bed left unmade. Old carpets were not vacuumed. When fresh bed linen was delivered to the room it was bundled into a white plastic bag and left hanging from the door handle I was told "It's for you to make the bed". I explained that I was a 79 year old person with breathing and mobility handicap. I display a 'Blue badge'. Dirty dishes were left and not replaced until I called the lobby to have them replaced. It was a very stressful and unpleasant situation and caused me unnecessary anxiety. This lasted for about 2 hours. 1 person eventually arrived and made the bed. About another hour later someone arrived carrying 2 mugs and vacuumed the carpets. All in all a very disappointing visit to Oxford Suites. Day 2 our room was not cleaned...the bed left unmade. We love this hotel and it was our second time there. The rooms are big and can sleep 6. They have complimentary evening cocktails and free morning breakfast which is really good. There is a heated pool and a jacuzzi and it’s a great place for families and kids. Most people there had kids and grandparents together.

This was a perfect place if you’re trying to find a clean dog friendly place to stay and you’re a responsible pup parent. As there is a perfect little dog park your pup’s to relieve them self. A wonderful breakfast, a nice place to sit in the evenings a clean family pool and small workout gym so you don’t miss a work out. We have two Pomskies and we always debate on taking them to a pet hotel for the weekend or just do day trips. This was the perfect place for us and plan to come back. Thank you.

Excelente! Apartamento amplo com sala, cozinha, quarto e banheiro. Muito confortável. Possui infraestrutra com piscina, academia, bar, recepção, amplo jardim e estacionamento. Excelente café da manha. Fica próximo de restaurantes e do outlet de Pismo Beach. Localização de fácil acesso. Os funcionários são muito receptivos e atenciosos.

The girl at the front desk was amazing the pool was clean and nice breakfast was great we loved our entire stay

Of all the places I've stayed I don't have a single bad thing to say about this facility I will definitely be staying at your locations again
