Unfortunately, I experienced a very serious incident that I believe was not handled appropriately. At around 3:50 a.m., the guest staying in the room next to mine started knocking on my door. When I did not open it, he climbed from his balcony onto mine by crossing along the wall on the second floor. I was able to quickly look outside, and when he saw me, he returned to his own balcony using the same route. It was absolutely terrifying and gave me a huge scare. I immediately called the front desk to report the situation and asked them to contact the police, but that never happened. Nothing was done about it. I find it unbelievable that such a serious incident could be completely overlooked. I was unable to go back to sleep afterward, and I had to leave at 6:00 a.m. for a nine-hour road trip.

The water pressure in the bathroom was low. The drapes were not working fully.

I booked n pay for a stay for my son for his job then got there n he wasn’t 21, so they canceled the stay n said they would refund me but never did

Location and breakfast was good for the price of the stay. The room was fine, except the shower was very hard to adjust. I find this the case at a lot of other places, too.

The shower was hard to adjust and the mopped floor part was a bit sticky.

Was given a room with two queen beds, while I booked for a King Room - Non-Smoking room, I was too tired to even remember on the first night,

It was clean

Prepaid for a king smoking room a month ago, and when we got to the hotel and was told they gave away our room and only had a double non smoking room. The girl at the desk was very rude and didn’t want to give me a receipt. My husband is very tall and has a hard time sleeping in a double bed because his feet hang off the end which is why we booked a king room. Not happy with the stay and when we come back next time we will find another place to stay
