This was the third time I’ve stayed here and the staff were excellent. The condition of the room was a 3 out of 5 the lighting was really dark in the room and it took a long time to cool down the room. The bedding was comfortable

Everything was great.
You can clean more the pool.
The only real issue was the shuttle from the Ampitheater. The driver would not leave as he kept waiting for more passengers so we walked back and still beat the shuttle. The pain factor from the walk back was awful. But overall everything was great
Recently used this hair tel through park sleep fly service. I missed the part about their airport shuttle service not starting till 7:00 am so I took it as my slip up and used a Uber to get to the airport. Upon returning from a 8 day cruise and an extra night before and after the cruise. Had already setup a pickup at the airport for 1:30 pm. Flight landed late so I try to contact hotel direct to make arrangements for pickup. Couldn’t get any answer after multiple attempts. I highly recommend you going elsewhere to stay and if you book through park sleep fly do not choose this hotel.
