Location was close to our event venue, staff was nice and the beds were comfortable.

The pool was closed and we were not notified before booking, there was a bad smell in the elevators, our room had mold in the bathroom and no where to get ice.

"German roaches EVERYWHERE"

The guy at the front desk was pretty chill

The reservation was canceled, when I got there the room was still open so I got it, the very moment we walked into the room we saw MULTIPLE German roaches
