It was excellent in General but unfortunately i have not given the location which I have requested up on my booking and the excuse is the hotel was fully booked and i not be told that before my arrival and that was not a professional approach by the management of the hotel which i was very disappointed.

"PERFECT HOTEL IN İSTANBUL "

Room was perfect and a good price. spacious, great view, amenities, convienient, restrants and mall attached. Don't think you can find a better all around facility in Istanbul. Had a issue in dining room, (will not go into) because it was not a representation of the facility. But the manager who was off work reached out to us to discuss and made a point of speaking to us before we left in person. The issue was addressed and truely showed what customer service is. WE WILL BE BACK MANY MORE TIMES. If gact booking another stay shortly.

Everything was excellent, 7 nights at Radisson Blu VadIstanbul. We had the best experience at this hotel. The staff are very professional and kind. Specially thanks to Captain SEVKI KÖK & Guest Manager KAYRA ÖZCAN. Definitely, we will back again. from Iran-Norway.
