Good location - 15 minutes walk from Bremen airport, 15 minutes walk from Bremen city centre. Clean and noiseless room, clean bath room, nice and helpful staff.

Fantastic hotel for price - Good value for money! Perfectly located just 10 minutes from the Airport by Tram & 10 minutes from Bremen centre by Tram, where you will find fantastic shopping & restaurants. We stayed in a Premium/Business Room on a Room Only Basis. If you rely on WiFi this is not the hotel for you - Seems odd that the Premium/Business rooms are on the upper floors where the 'FREE' WiFi was un-connectable?! Room was a fantastic size & was a nice contemporary design. The beds were large and comfortable, although extra pillows would have been nice. The general cleanliness was good although the floor was dusty behind the armchairs & table. Bathroom (Shower not Bath) was tired & poky given the size of the accommodation. Nice to have complimentary refreshment, however instructions on how to use the coffee machine would have been helpful! Just A Tip - Check the radiators! Our first night was spent with us all being unbelievably uncomfortable because the room was so hot! We opened the windows (very noisy main road outside) & the following day checked & all the radiators were on the highest setting!

The hotel at first sight looks like an old army building and the rooms are somewhat outdated but then again I went to Germany for history so I suppose it started right when I got to the hotel. The hotel is located right next to a tram which takes you right to the city center within 5 min and the staff were exceptional however, the first room I checked into had bed bugs as did the second. I ended up staying at a different hotel for over 4 days until the issue was handled. Management made no attempt to compensate me even after the employee came and looked at the room and verified the problem, The bed bugs were so bad you could see them even with lights on all over the white sheets.

pro: staff is nice. Bus stop is 2 mins walking. wifi is good. con: air con is noisy.

The desk staff were not friendly and welcoming at all. We got confusing information when we asked about getting a takeaway breakfast on our last day (we had a 5am flight). The first person we asked said that we would have to pay extra for having a takeaway breakfast, even though breakfast was included in our room rate. This was after we had to wait quite a long while for her to finish a telephone conversation which she started just as we approached the desk. While we were waiting there was no eye contact or smile that would indicate that she would be with us shortly. On the second evening, the lady behind the counter was significantly friendlier, so we asked again about the breakfast. This time she said that it won't be a problem at all and that she would arrange for it. She also mentioned there would be coffee at the front desk in the early morning as well. On our final morning, there wasn't coffee and, needless to say, the takeaway breakfast was also non-existent. My wife is pregnant and she was really in need of something to eat at that early hour. Their facilities are not bad and the rooms are fairly comfortable. But I suppose the low price indicates poor service. There is also a lingering smell of smoke in the hallways and I heard another person complain that their room also smelled of smoke.

Stayed here due to an early flight out of Bremen airport. I walked it to and from the airport in about 20 minutes with luggage. Option two is to walk down the block and take the tram. Don't know when it happened but hotels seem to not have clocks in the rooms anymore--would be especially nice for an airport hotel. Good news they have a vending machine that sells booze in the hallway. Overall I'd recommend.

God and various breakfast, simple but silent rom, a little kitchen vorbereitet for those who want to cook, big parking area behind the hotel.

We asked for a double bed, but we're given two twin beds instead, which were very uncomfortable. The hotel itself was cramped and dated. It didn't feel clean. The service was very cold and not particularly helpful. The location is good for those going to the airport.

Minutes away from the airport. Quiet enough. Spacious room. Helpful front staff.

I will only return to this hotel if they offer a very good discount. Not recommended if someone wants to save some Euros. The location is good. BUT... The internet hardly works,so if your are there for business forget about having a 24/7 access to the internet. The rooms are clean but they are pretty old. There is no air condition installed, it is only a huge machine located in one corner of the room that you can turn on, but it plays the role of a ventilator... Moreover, the bed covers... I am 6 feet (182cms) and I do not understand why instead of putting a proper cover they put two small cover. I can not image how any tall German will manage to survive in Winter... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE SAVING A FEW EUROS, HOWEVER IF THEY HAVE A GOOD PROMOTION, GO WITH IT..
