The room was nice

The poor location, being trapped in our room for 45 minutes and missing breakfast, poor customer service, called the front desk multiple times and they forwarded my calls, also was a fire hazard and put a babies life in danger from being trapped in the room

The pool was closed but there was nothing online saying that the pool wouldn’t be available, maybe put it on the website letting people know before hand

Good breakfast

Front desk staff attitudes were nasty and consistently negative. They were extremely unapproachable, any requests were met with a “no” response or “you can come back later”. The front desk is consistently left unattended for several hours at a time, mostly in the late afternoon hours. I happened to witness a potential walk in customer around 2 pm on my second day, show up seeking a room only to wait and walk around for over 15 minutes trying to locate an employee to assist him in getting a room. He finally looked my way and said, “Nevermind, I’ll go somewhere else.” On the positive side, there were two front desk representatives, both females, who were pleasant- Christine, and a female on the Monday early 6 am shift - 4/27/26, who were more customer oriented. I am attaching a photo of the front face side of the hotel with obvious exterior details of neglect. I would never stay in this hotel again.

Nice location

Room was nasty and pool was drained the whole stay but said nothing about on website. Would have got a different hotel.

I got there at 2:45 and they wanted to charge 30 dollars to check in early what’s 15 min?? And then when I checked in very unorganized it took 30 min
