Riad Signature

Everything - this booking was for my nephew and his husband, who joined us during our 5 night stay. They were extremely happy with the Riad and it's surroundings.

Would be nice to be able to book for 1 night, however, there is a 2 night min. stay (which seems normal - I checked other Riads and they had the same restriction). So we had to pay for the extra night, even though they did not arrive until mid day on the second day.

Riad Signature is in a great location, approx. 3 mins walk to the main Square, We had a room with a balcony and walk in shower and it was really comfortable with everything you would need. Breakfast served every morning with a a smile from the excellent staff, particularly new staff member Mohamed :-) We would also like to comment on the hospitality of the owners Mohamed and Francois, they really shared their knowledge about the area and gave us great advice for our first days. They run a very special place and we wish them continued success.

Nothing - we were delighted with our stay in the heart of the Medina.

The location was good, it was maybe 5 or so minutes to walk to the main square, Jemaa El Fnaa. We were within the medina but far enough out that it was quiet and relaxing. Our stay included breakfast which was simple but good. The room was comfortable, good shower and had an air conditioning unit, however, we only used it to heat. They had a rooftop which was good, we didn't use it much because we were mostly out and about, but also because it is winter and so too cold to use the pool. I can imagine this space is even better during warmer times. Finally, the staff were great. We mainly dealt with Aziz and Mohammed.

The property is listed as having a bar, however, it isn't a bar in the sense that I would expect. The bar is on the rooftop and wasn't open, most likely because of time of year. It would seem they don't serve alcohol and the bar is simply an offering for drinks (mint tea, coffee, juice etc) which is more what a bar means in Morocco, it would seem. You could still order drinks so it was still on offer in that sense. In fact, one afternoon we ordered some coffee which in the end they didn't even charge us for, which was a nice gesture. This was by no means a problem but it seemed misleading, however, just something that is lost in translation I guess.

bonito riad cerca de la plaza, muy tranquilo y limpio… buen desayuno… terraza muy grande y bonita con piscina. me gustó la amabilidad y atención del personal, siempre dispuesto a ayudar…

Todo muy bien. La habitación estaba limpia, el desayuno (que estaba incluido) era correcto y el personal, muy simpático. Hacían la estancia mucho mejor. Nos atendieron súper bien, siempre alegres y ayudando: un gusto. La ubicación también, muy cómoda.

Nada. Todo correcto.
