The water was hot shower head was good. The room was big and had two tvs.

The room had roaches the pull out couch linen was dirty the light not all worked and the pool was closed the room didn’t look clean or smell clean

I didn't like anything because I was charged 270 dollars for never staying at this location I have contacted customer service and spoke briefly to a representative who stated that someone would contact me soon no one has tried to contact me to rectify the transaction and refund me in full this place is a scam and I'm going to report them taking monies from my account and for charging me when I. never stayed at a facility is called fraudulent activity and a scam. Thanks

The elevator didn't work for the elderly and handicapped.this is a code violation and a half cold policy violation as well plus. Being lied to and tricked being scammed out of two hundred and seventy dollars.This is not professional. This is not how you conduct business. This is called fraudulent activity, and this is called scaming .The scammers are back on the rise. I would like to be refund
