The TV Didn't Work The Light In the Bathroom Didn't Work Only The Light Over The Vanity Work. And On Top Of All That . There Was No Hot Water. I Called The Front Desk To Let Them Know And Manger Tell Me To Let It Run For 15 Minutes. I Let It Run For 45 Minutes, No Hot Water. I Drove From Houston To Fort Worth To Put Flowers On My Mother's Grave 🪦. My Wife And I. No Hot Water That Night. Get Up The Next Day Still No Hot Water. I Let It Run For And Hour And Half. We Got Up And Checked Out. Go To The Front Desk To Talk To The Manger. Her Name Was Lacey. She Was So Apologetic And Told Me I Would Get A Full Refund. That Never Happened .

1 rm 207 shower had cold water (2 toilet seat was broken and hair all around it (3 bed lumpy bad mattress (4 dead bolt for door would not lock (5 odor coming from ac unit and (6 ice machine on 2nd floor did not work plus had an outdated filter from 2024 on it

Initially the place seemed very clean, and the staff friendly. The breakfast was good and offered for a few hours. I thought the room had a funny smell but it seemed clean so we went with it. During packing to leave we opened the curtains (for the first time) and noticed the comforter was stained with urine stains all over on the underside. That was the smell. So for 2 nights we unknowingly slept in urine stained beds.
