Did not use breakfast, room was clean had to be moved rooms since my entrance door would not lock . The check in process was slow due to computer issues

Run down, missing pictures when there were hooks on the wall, dirty toilet, elevators a mess, missing wall covers, generally unkempt

Everything was okay except for limited TV channels.

We are incredibly disappointed with our stay and feel compelled to leave this review so others are aware of what they might be walking into. From start to finish, our experience was frustrating, uncomfortable, and unacceptable, especially considering how much we paid. • We were never given access to the pool or sun-beds, which was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. Every time we asked, we were told they were closed with no explanation. • The beds and towels were visibly dirty, which is shocking for any hotel that claims to meet basic hygiene standards. • The bathroom light did not work, and despite reporting it, nothing was fixed during our stay. • To make matters worse, staff entered our room while we were out, moved our belongings around, but did not clean anything. This felt like a major violation of our privacy. • We found cockroaches in the bathroom and centipedes in the bedroom, which was truly disgusting. • Every morning at 7am, cleaning staff were shouting outside our door, waking us up, completely unprofessional behavior. • Our key cards barely worked, forcing us to walk around the building multiple times just to find a door that would let us in. • The breakfast was terrible, especially for anyone with dietary needs. There were no vegan options, no alternative milk, and stale bread. Even the meat options had no sauces and were extremely dry. • The bath leaked every time we used the shower, flooding the bathroom floor. • Staff were rude, unhelpful, and seemed uninterested in resolving any of our concerns. • The side entrances, which are meant to be locked 24/7, were left propped open overnight with rugs, leaving the building completely unsecured. • Bathroom doors were hanging off, the bath plug was full of plastic debris, and the tap on the bath sink pulled off the wall when used. • On our final morning, despite a Do Not Disturb sign on our door, cleaning staff knocked and woke us up at 7am, after we’d had a late night. The main issue was the fact we would wake up with fresh bites every morning and we do not know what type of bugs they were from. We specifically chose this hotel based on the online description, which was completely misleading and dishonest. We were unable to find another hotel nearby to move to, otherwise we would have left immediately. When we brought our concerns to staff during our stay, we were repeatedly told they would “pass it to the manager” , but nothing was done. We spent a significant amount of money on this trip and feel that the experience was unacceptable and far below what was promised. We are formally requesting a full refund due to the severity and volume of issues we experienced. This holiday was ruined, and we will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.

Great staff at hotel. Pool was not in operation though still very warm A bit dusty in the rooms - probably they have too lean of staffing model.
